  • Cursor now behaves correctly in the onboarding tutorial, preventing cases where users could get stuck.

Known issues

  • Call Control buttons on headsets (answer / hold / end) usually do not work.
  • Using Firefox as browser can lead to “no sound” issue in some cases (Chrome preferred browser)
  • Double instances of Bridge can cause unexpected behavior.
  • Cannot answer call when navigating back from the Settings page.
  • User status can be displayed inaccurately for a short time when switching to Bridge phone.

  • Added Microsoft 365 contact importing to Bridge
    • The Bridge web version can now sync contacts from Microsoft 365.
    • The Bridge desktop app has it’s existing contact sync functionality replaced with Microsoft 365.
