• How do I create an account?

  To create a Compass account, you can get in touch with us and we will schedule a demo.

  For any other product, you need a Compass account and if you have it you can use the same info to sign into them.

  • To sign into Bridge, go to bridge.talksome.com and sign in with your Compass username and password.
  • To sign into Navigator, go to navigator.talksome.com and sign in with your Compass username and password.
  • To sign into Panel, go to panel.talksome.com and sign in with your Compass username and password.
• Why can't I sign in with my username and password?

  1. Make sure you have an account

  Make sure that you already have a Compass account with us. If not, you can get in touch and we will do that for you.

  2. Try adding your domain to the username

  Try signing in with the domain name in username. For example, if the domain of your company’s telephony system is www.pbx.mycompany.com, then you can type your username, followed by the ? and last part of the domain. Like this: myusername?mycompany.com. Type your password normally.

  If that doesn’t work, try contacting support by sending an email to support@talksome.com.

• What are supported phones?

  Compass has fully certified phones from the following vendors for use with Compass:

  • Snom
  • Yealink

• Can I use softphone instead of a desk phone?

  Yes!
